Girls’ Education

AUGUST 15, 2022

was the one year anniversary of the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan and young women are still deprived of their Islamic right to education. In support of their right to education we have produced this Bill of Rights, a calling card they can use to argue for their right to schooling.

We also hope religious leaders, muftis and Islamic institutions will act on their mandated responsibilities as religious leaders, to speak for all girls and young women's right to schooling. To not do so is their contribution to the disgraceful condition of the Muslim world.
