AIM is committed to the stewardship of its organizational resources—the people, time, talent, and treasures given to it to pursue its mission.

AIM is also committed to operating in a way that mirrors the communities it represents and the change it hopes to create in the world. This is reflected in our transparent and intersectional structure.

The Board is responsible for High-level management, Strategy development, Fundraising, Advocacy/lobbying, and Media outreach. Members can choose to get involved in subcommittees where their work is best reflected around thematic issues such as women’s rights, minority rights, critical thinking programming, trainings, member scholarship, etc., or regionally.
